Job Description

As the Digital Paid Media Manager at Music & Arts, you will lead the strategy and execution of digital paid media campaigns, managing a significant budget to drive customer acquisition and maximize ROI. This role emphasizes collaboration with cross-functional teams and continuous improvement through data analysis and testing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a data-driven digital paid media strategy

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, including pay-per-click management
  • Strong expertise in digital paid media strategy, analytics, and execution
  • Hands-on PPC expertise
  • Knowledge of AI-driven automation
  • Proven ability to manage large budgets
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in tracking and measurement
  • Experience analyzing complex data sets
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Successful track record of leading cross-functional projects
  • Excellent decision-making skills
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in retail or e-commerce
  • Advanced proficiency in Google, Bing and Meta Ads platforms
