Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the Supply Chain team at the facility
Oversee inbound and outbound logistics
Manage procurement processes and maintain budgets
Implement inventory control strategies
Coordinate with third-party logistics providers
Use data analytics to drive supply chain improvements
Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
Motivate and develop a high-performing team
Collaborate with other departments to resolve compliance issues
Required Qualifications
BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
18+ months of food production facility experience
6+ months of supervisory experience in food manufacturing
Proven track record in a leadership role in food manufacturing
Strong understanding of manufacturing operations and supply chain management
Intermediate computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office
Basic understanding of ERP processes in a food manufacturing environment
Understanding of financials and Profit & Loss statements
Ability to work independently and in a team
Ability to work a flexible schedule
