Minimum Qualifications

• Technical Diploma Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology Program
• Certification by the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting
• Current and valid Basic Life Support (BLS) Course Completion
• Strong communication (both written and oral), critical thinking, problem-solving, detail orientation, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Qualified candidates must be able to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization

Preferred Qualifications

• 2-3 years in a Surgical Technologist role
