Registered Nurse (RN) – Telemetry / Med-Surg

Location: Holland, MI
Facility Type: Hospital
Schedule: 3x12-hour Night Shifts (Fri–Sun) | 36 hours per week
Assignment Length: 13 Weeks
Start Date: November 2, 2025
Weekly Pay: $2,842

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care and continuous cardiac monitoring for telemetry patients.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient outcomes.
• Monitor and document vital signs, EKG rhythms, and patient responses to treatments.
• Administer medications and perform interventions according to physician orders.
• Float to the Med-Surg Unit as required to support patient care needs.
• Educate patients and families about disease management and post-discharge care.

Required Qualifications:

• Licensure: Active Registered Nurse (RN) License in the State of Michigan.
• Certifications:
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) – AHA
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) – AHA
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of recent Med-Surg or Telemetry experience in a hospital setting.
• Skills: Strong cardiac rhythm interpretation, critical thinking, and clinical judgment skills.
