Key Responsibilities
Provide primary and urgent care services to nursing center residents
Collaborate with Center Leadership and Medical Director for patient care

Required Qualifications
Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing program
Licensed as a registered nurse
Certified as a Nurse Practitioner with a Master's Degree in Nursing
Concentration in Older Adult and/or Family Nurse Practitioner
Preferred Qualifications
Minimum of two years experience working with adult or geriatric population
