Key Responsibilities
Plan and develop menus for various dining outlets
Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures
Manage day-to-day kitchen operations and staff assignments
Oversee kitchen equipment operation and maintenance
Supervise food preparation and inventory control
Collaborate with sales and cross-functional teams to drive revenue
Plan staffing needs and work schedules
Train kitchen staff and ensure proper food storage
Audit portion control and quality
Support various teams as needed
Required Qualifications
Prior food and beverage kitchen management experience
Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
Ability to solve problems effectively and maintain positive relationships
Role model for company's Service Excellence standards
Current Food Manager and Allergy training certificate
