Intuit is seeking a Tax Accountant to assist customers with their taxes using TurboTax products. This part-time role offers the flexibility of remote work and the chance to make a significant impact during tax season.
Key Responsibilities
Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products
Provide tax advice, full service return preparation, and tax calculations
Manage product/software inquiries
Utilize government websites and professional resources for accurate customer assistance
Document interactions to maintain accurate records
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns
Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney
Strong tax preparation experience
Extensive knowledge of tax laws
Active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN)
Excellent customer service skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience using commercial tax preparation software
