Job Description

Join REACH as an Aircraft Maintenance Technician to ensure the safety and maintenance of our helicopter fleet. This full-time role is vital for delivering high-quality medical transportation services, providing a significant impact on patient care and safety.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform maintenance services including mechanical inspections, screening, and repairs
  • Manage inventory checks and update equipment tracking log
  • Document service paperwork and comply with FAA regulations
  • Sustain a safe and clean working environment
  • Facilitate communication between departments and team members
  • Collaborate with allied health and public safety personnel

Required Qualifications

  • Three (3) Years FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) Certificated experience
  • Three (3) years turbine powered helicopter experience
  • Federal Aviation Regulations knowledge
  • Aircraft maintenance systems, records and maintenance support and planning
  • Acceptable in accordance with the FAA drug and alcohol testing program
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull objects weighing 10-50 pounds
  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 150 pounds cumulative with assistance

Preferred Qualifications

  • EC135 maintenance experience
  • Related experience under CFR Parts 133, 135 and 145
  • Autopilot maintenance experience
  • Avionics and electrical repair experience
  • FAA Inspection Authorization Certificate
