Key Responsibilities
Manage inventory and process purchase and repair orders
Handle invoices and manage accounts payable and receivables
Order automotive parts and supplies as needed
Answer phones and communicate with internal and external parties
Assist with onboarding and training
Provide clerical support to on-site manager
Required Qualifications
Valid Driver’s License
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word)
Minimum 1 year experience in office clerical work
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States
