Intuit is seeking Tax Experts for the upcoming tax season, offering the opportunity to work remotely. Ideal candidates will hold an active EA or CPA credential, have significant tax preparation experience, and be passionate about helping clients navigate taxation complexities.
Key Responsibilities
Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products
Provide tax advice, full service return preparation, and tax calculations
Manage product/software inquiries and document interactions to maintain accurate records
Utilize government websites and professional resources to deliver accurate answers to customers
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns
Active unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney
Strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws
Active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN)
Excellent customer service skills
