Job Description
Join Boston Consulting Group as a Lead MarTech IT Architect and lead transformative digital projects. Drive innovation and optimize IT architecture while collaborating with diverse teams and C-level executives to address complex business challenges.
Key Responsibilities
Lead interdisciplinary teams in delivering MarTech solutions
Assess and recommend MarTech tools for business needs
Design and optimize IT architecture for marketing efforts
Support IT functions during mergers and acquisitions
Manage and mentor junior team members
Drive innovation and assist with business development
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in information technology, marketing, business administration, computer science, information systems, or related field
6+ years of technology consulting or software engineering experience
More than 3+ years in architecture discipline
Proficiency with MarTech tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Adobe Experience Cloud, Google Analytics
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to explain complex technology topics to senior executives
An agile mindset
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree
Experience with marketing platforms, digital advertising, cloud technologies, integration methodologies, and data analytics
