Key Responsibilities
Maintaining general cleanliness and safety in various store areas
Performing daily and weekly maintenance tasks
Supporting teams with cleaning projects
Conducting minor repairs and improvements
Ordering supplies for store maintenance
Assisting with cleaning emergencies
Maintaining store landscaping and parking lot
Performing continual cleaning of all store departments
Reporting safety hazards and violations
Performing other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
Ability to handle unpleasant tasks with a positive attitude
Demonstrates concern for the overall appearance of the store
Knowledge of WFM culture, quality standards, core values, and products
Demonstrates a passion for cleanliness
Strong to excellent communication skills and teamwork
Ability to follow instructions and established procedures
