Key Responsibilities
Assist in design of electrical projects and install electrical equipment
Coordinate with workers on equipment installation and maintenance
Consult with operators and engineers to resolve issues
Determine feasibility of equipment and develop specifications
Work with voltage levels up to 480 and 4160
Study blueprints and manuals for installation procedures
Perform instrumentation calculations and set up parameters
Modify electronic devices and circuits
Test and maintain industrial equipment
Perform scheduled preventive maintenance
Inspect industrial components for defects
Advise management on equipment safety
Maintain equipment logs
Operate equipment to analyze malfunctions
Repair and install equipment and components
Maintain inventory of spare parts
Minimize downtime during repairs
Test faulty equipment using diagnostic tools
Work extended shifts and respond to urgent repairs
Be flexible and adapt to changing priorities
Follow safety regulations and standards
Assist in managing contracted electrical projects
Participate in ongoing training and skill improvement
Complete tasks professionally and timely
Required Qualifications
Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
18 years or older
Perform physical job duties including bending, climbing ladders, and working in confined spaces
Lift a minimum of 50 pounds
Work under special conditions such as extreme heat or cold
Work in elevated areas
Operate machinery
Read/write English
High School diploma or Equivalent
Basic computer skills

Preferred Qualifications

Apprentice, Journeyman or above license in Nebraska or equivalent
2-year degree in electromechanical, electrical system, or equivalent
