Join Clementine West Linn as a part-time Group Facilitator where you'll create a safe environment for adolescents coping with eating disorders. Facilitate group sessions and contribute to their personal development while working in a supportive team.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate group sessions
Facilitate interaction between group members
Maintain awareness of individual client's needs
Facilitate identification and congruent expression of feelings
Document group sessions including patients’ progress, problems, concerns, and mental status
Follow the format and requirements within the program
Ensure timely documentation in accordance with established policies and state standards
Develop and maintain positive working relationships with staff and colleagues
Attend mandatory training and in-service collaborations
Required Qualifications
Actively working on bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology or related human services field
QMHP certification required
Preferred Qualifications
Licensed (or license-eligible) in a counseling field (e.g., Psychologist, LMFT, LCSW, etc.)
Prior experience treating those with eating disorders in a residential or inpatient setting
Knowledge of diversity, equity and inclusion practices
