Key Responsibilities
Conduct culturally sensitive assessments for clients
Provide tailored outpatient therapy for individuals and families
Develop crisis plans, safety plans, and wellness plans
Participate in case consultations and agency meetings
Complete billing and documentation in a timely manner
Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, and other staff
Required Qualifications
Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field
Provisional license per state regulation (if required)
Educational background leading to professional licensing
Passion for mental health and high-quality care
Commitment to ongoing professional development
Ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
Strong commitment to ethical practice and confidentiality
