Key Responsibilities
Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products
Provide tax advice, full service return preparation, and tax calculations
Maintain sensitive customer information responsibly
Utilize government websites and professional resources for accurate answers
Interact with customers via video communication software
Required Qualifications
3 or more years of recent experience preparing federal and state business tax returns (1065 and/or 1120-S)
Active unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney
Minimum of 2 seasons of personal Tax Preparation experience
Available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week
Preferred Qualifications
Bookkeeping experience with books to tax preparation
Experience preparing Business Tax returns for service industry customers
Possess or be able to obtain related state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds
