Shift Notes

Days. Monday through Friday 8:30-5:00. Weekend rotation, which is approximately every 8 weeks (1-2x during a 13-16 week rotation). No holidays.

Unit Notes *MUST note in submission if clinician has ever worked for Sanford Health. If clinician previously worked with Sanford, they must have an end date 6 months prior to their submission date.*

*This location does not accept local travelers with permanent addresses within 80 miles*
General job duties
Types of procedures required
Provide speech, language, cognitive and swallowing evaluation and treatment to adult acute care, inpatient Rehab and/or outpatients
Required skills and minimum years of experience: Minimum 1 year clinical experience
Specific licensures and certifications/registrations required: ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence, North Dakota licensure. BLS - must be AHA
Floating to other units/departments: primary inpatient, with some outpatient

Pay Packages are all inclusive, built on 40 HRS/13 weeks and subject to confirmation and other fees not defined by facility. Per Diems (Housing and Meals) will be determined prior to submission and will be based on MAX allowed per GSA. Please discuss pay breakdowns with your Recruiter prior to submission. Travel Reimbursements included in Pay Package - please discuss with Recruiter
