Provides licensed practical nursing care including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient needs in long-term care and rehabilitation settings. Ensures adherence to nursing standards, policies, and procedures while delivering compassionate and skilled care to geriatric residents. Requires current LPN license, IV and CPR/AED certifications, and strong communication and critical thinking skills.
