Key Responsibilities
Assist/oversee daily operations to drive efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction
Lead a team, manage processes, and execute strategies to grow sales
Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained facility
Drive sales through efficient ordering, stocking, inventory management, and merchandising standards
Assist the General Manager with task execution and completion, schedule and cash integrity
Understand and analyze financial reporting including profit and loss statements
Collaborate in talent acquisition efforts
Required Qualifications
2+ years in retail, travel stop or c-store, big box, grocery, or department store management
2+ years managing operations with an annual sales volume of $2+million
2+ years affecting and deciphering budgets and P&L statements
2+ years supervising and training 5-10+ employees
Intermediate level computer skills including Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel
Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen and background check
