Key Responsibilities
First point of contact for patient care
Perform clinical duties such as discussing symptoms, obtaining vital signs, and medication/vaccine administration
Collect specimens and perform diagnostic screening tests
Sterilize and clean equipment, maintain examination rooms
Document information into the electronic medical records system
Collaborate closely with Physicians and Advanced Practice Providers
Required Qualifications
Successful completion of MA school/training program or a Certified/Registered Medical Assistant or 5+ years of experience
High school diploma or equivalent
CPR Certified
TB screening requirement
Preferred Qualifications
Certified or Registered Medical Assistant
Phlebotomy experience
Medication/vaccine administration experience
1+ years MA experience
Value Based Care experience
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
