Key Responsibilities
Answer and field phone calls and voice mail messages
Document events in patients' digital health record
Schedule and confirm patient appointments
Prepare patient charts and information prior to appointments
Facilitate activation of patient’s MyChart account
Support patient screening for digital remote patient monitoring program eligibility
Order/ship digital remote monitoring devices
Collaborate with patients, caregivers, providers, and other healthcare team members
Maintain privacy and confidentiality for all patients
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum one year of recent registration or billing experience in a medical facility
Excellent organizational, written/verbal communication, and teamwork skills
Demonstrated performance of excellent customer service skills
Proficient in computer use
Preferred Qualifications
Proficiency in patient registration, scheduling, medical insurance pre-certifications, authorizations, and referrals
