Join Quill's Inside Sales Site Developer Team as a Sales Account Manager where you'll engage deeply with inactive customers and prospects, driving growth and reactivation through strategic outreach and collaboration. This role offers significant impact on customer relationships in a supportive and goal-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
Make daily calls to Quill customers who have not placed an order in 7+ months
Make daily calls to prospect locations affiliated with a managed customer entity
Accept inbound calls from customers that are affiliated with a managed entity
Negotiate pricing and process special quotes
Leverage customer intel to drive quality conversations
Support and grow an open book of business
Maintain robust communication between customers and account managers
Collaborate with sales specialists to drive revenue beyond traditional office supplies
Maintain accurate records in CRM
Seek ways to improve and apply coaching
Contribute to a positive team culture
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
6+ months of related experience in sales or customer service in a business-to-business environment
Ability to work onsite in Lincolnshire for in-person training during the first two weeks
Able to work an 8-hour shift between 7:00 AM-6PM and in-person 4 days a week (hybrid model)
Knowledge of key Microsoft applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Preferred Qualifications
1+ years of experience in a sales environment
Proven ability to achieve sales role metrics
Strong organization and time management skills
Adaptable to a fast-paced organization with continuous change
Experience using CRM tools, salesforce.com or a comparable sales/CRM tool
Ability to demonstrate resiliency and handle rejection well
Enthusiastic, initiative-taking and willingness to share and positively impact the team
Natural curiosity and desire to learn, grow and develop sales skillset
Ability to learn new tools, systems, and processes quickly
