Key Responsibilities
Champion customer engagement and oversee front of store operations
Focus on increasing sales, conversions, and service throughout the store
Provide peer coaching and support to drive customer service and sales
Own weekly sales and merchandising activities
Perform Floor Leader role to direct the team for a great customer experience
Assist with completing and delegating operational tasks in partnership with the GM
Complete daily tasks for merchandising and sales opportunities
Required Qualifications
1+ year experience selling retail products or services
Effective communication skills
Organization and adaptability to changing business priorities
Experience coaching a team and/or supervising others
Ability to work cooperatively in a high-paced environment
Ability to manage conflict in a cooperative manner
Honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information
Ability to lift/move materials in the 10 - 50 pound range
Willingness to work a flexible schedule
