Key Responsibilities
Co-lead a member-centric environment
Provide coaching and assistance to staff
Support Financial Center Manager in driving business results
Assist members with questions regarding loans
Counsel members on PenFed loan and share products
Maintain current knowledge of PenFed products
Support in monthly audits and inspections
Communicate with Financial Center Manager on staff and operations
Serve as Assistant Treasurer within delegated authority limits
Provide co-oversight to production reports
Support in scheduling for Financial Center coverage
Network within local community to grow brand awareness
Provide leadership support to other Financial Centers as needed
Assist with marketing initiatives
Required Qualifications
Minimum of two (2) years' experience in a financial institution
Preferred Qualifications
Associates Degree or higher in related field
Minimum of one (1) year supervisory experience
Valid Notary Public
Bilingual-English/Spanish
