Key Responsibilities

  • Co-lead a member-centric environment
  • Provide coaching and assistance to staff
  • Support Financial Center Manager in driving business results
  • Assist members with questions regarding loans
  • Counsel members on PenFed loan and share products
  • Maintain current knowledge of PenFed products
  • Support in monthly audits and inspections
  • Communicate with Financial Center Manager on staff and operations
  • Serve as Assistant Treasurer within delegated authority limits
  • Provide co-oversight to production reports
  • Support in scheduling for Financial Center coverage
  • Network within local community to grow brand awareness
  • Provide leadership support to other Financial Centers as needed
  • Assist with marketing initiatives

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of two (2) years' experience in a financial institution

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associates Degree or higher in related field
  • Minimum of one (1) year supervisory experience
  • Valid Notary Public
  • Bilingual-English/Spanish
