Key Responsibilities
Oversee strategic direction and day-to-day operations of food and beverage services
Ensure exceptional guest experiences and service quality
Develop and implement operational policies and budgets
Drive innovation in service and menu offerings
Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional departments
Analyze guest and employee experience metrics
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Maximize employee performance and morale
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in food and beverage leadership
At least 5 years in an executive or senior management role
Proven track record of managing large-scale operations
Strong leadership skills
Extensive knowledge of food and beverage trends and regulatory compliance
Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
Strong business acumen
Ability to provide a positive working environment
Passion for exceptional guest service
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, Culinary Arts, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
