Overview

Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive neonatal care to high-risk infants in the NICU.
- Monitor vital signs and medical conditions meticulously, ensuring timely intervention.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement personalized care plans.
- Administer medications, treatments, and support devices for critically ill neonates.
- Document patient progress accurately, maintaining detailed medical records.
- Provide emotional support, education, and guidance to families of NICU patients.
What You Bring
- Valid and current RN license with a specialization in neonatal care.
- Proven experience in NICU or neonatal intensive care units preferred.
- Strong clinical proficiency in ventilator management, IV therapy, and neonatal monitoring equipment.
- Ability to respond quickly and effectively in high-pressure situations with compassion and professionalism.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with adaptability to variable shift schedules.
Preferred Education & Experience
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Prior experience handling complex neonatal cases in a hospital environment.
- Demonstrated confidence and competence in managing high-acuity patients.
