Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive neonatal care to high-risk infants in the NICU.
• Monitor vital signs and medical conditions meticulously, ensuring timely intervention.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement personalized care plans.
• Administer medications, treatments, and support devices for critically ill neonates.
• Document patient progress accurately, maintaining detailed medical records.
• Provide emotional support, education, and guidance to families of NICU patients.

What You Bring

• Valid and current RN license with a specialization in neonatal care.
• Proven experience in NICU or neonatal intensive care units preferred.
• Strong clinical proficiency in ventilator management, IV therapy, and neonatal monitoring equipment.
• Ability to respond quickly and effectively in high-pressure situations with compassion and professionalism.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with adaptability to variable shift schedules.

Preferred Education & Experience

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Prior experience handling complex neonatal cases in a hospital environment.
• Demonstrated confidence and competence in managing high-acuity patients.
