Key Responsibilities
Acquire and onboard new affluent and high-net-worth clients
Grow net deposits, investments, and lending balances
Deepen and retain client relationships through proactive engagements
Provide exceptional client experiences
Engage Wealth Advisors and Certified Financial Planners
Partner with colleagues in other lines of business
Leverage Salesforce CRM to track activity
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
3 - 5 years of banking, wealth management or other relevant equivalent experience
Experience working with affluent and high net worth clients
A minimum of two licenses required: SIE, Series 6, 7, 63, 65, or 66 licenses, and Life and Health, Accident Insurance Licenses
Demonstrated success in a client-centric, initiative-taking sales environment
Experience establishing and maintaining relationships with clients and internal partners
Knowledge of industry regulatory requirements
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
