Join TEKsystems as an ISP Support Technician and be the first line of support for end-users facing technical issues. This role offers an opportunity to troubleshoot and resolve basic IT problems while providing excellent customer service in a fully remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide first-line support to end-users experiencing technical issues
Troubleshoot hardware and software problems
Resolve basic IT issues and escalate complex problems
Create, update, and close support tickets

2 Certifications in A+, Security+, Net+ or CCNA
