Job Description

Join TEKsystems as an ISP Support Technician and be the first line of support for end-users facing technical issues. This role offers an opportunity to troubleshoot and resolve basic IT problems while providing excellent customer service in a fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line support to end-users experiencing technical issues
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software problems
  • Resolve basic IT issues and escalate complex problems
  • Create, update, and close support tickets
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude while assisting users
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics

Required Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

  • AA or some completed education in Computer Science or related IT field
  • 2 Certifications in A+, Security+, Net+ or CCNA
