Job Description

Join Charles Schwab as a Senior Specialist in Client Integration Support, where you will play a crucial role in onboarding clients to our Brokerage platform. Collaborate with various teams to understand client needs and ensure seamless integration of Personal Choice Retirement Accounts and Health Savings Accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide coordination during client development, testing, and deployment integration
  • Understand clients’ business requirements and integration needs
  • Act as primary liaison between PCIS and clients’ technology team
  • Provide hands-on support during the implementation phase
  • Work with Agile delivery team to craft customer-centric user stories
  • Monitor clients’ daily file transmission
  • Prepare and participate in Quarterly installs for system enhancements

Required Qualifications

  • Subject matter expert on Brokerage Plans and account integrations
  • Experience in financial services
  • Degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong communication skills - written and verbal
  • Proficiency with Microsoft office applications
  • Capable of working independently and as part of a team
  • Demonstrated success in supporting multiple projects with short timelines
  • 2-3 years Data analysis
  • 3-4 years strong analytical problem-solving skills
  • 3-4 years Agile (scrum) experience
  • 2 years SQL, script writing

Preferred Qualifications

  • 4-7 years’ experience in Self Directed Brokerage Accounts
  • 3-4 years’ experience with Popweb, Client Central, Scube, SAC and EMTR
  • 2 years SAFe experience
  • SAFe certified
  • API experience
