As a Residence Manager, you'll ensure the smooth operation of residential programs for adults with developmental disabilities. You will lead staff training, oversee compliance with regulations, and promote a supportive environment that emphasizes community integration and individual choice.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day operations of the program
Provide training and supervision to staff
Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
Coordinate daily activities and excursions for residents
Maintain communication with families of residents
Participate in interviews and recruitment of new staff
Handle incident management and compliance guidelines
Attend managerial and interdisciplinary team meetings
Required Qualifications
Associate's Degree in Human Services
3 years working with the IDD Population
6 years supervisory experience
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with Orthodox Jewish Practices
