Job Description
Join New Directions Mental Health as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LCSW) to provide impactful therapy and support to clients in a collaborative environment. This role emphasizes professional development and community mental health improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct culturally sensitive assessments for clients and families
Provide tailored outpatient therapy
Develop comprehensive crisis and wellness plans
Participate in case consultations and agency meetings

Required Qualifications
Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field
Independent license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT)
