Key Responsibilities
Architect, build, and monitor scalable, high-performance AWS infrastructure solutions
Partner with cross-functional teams to guide product development from an infrastructure and cloud architecture perspective
Lead efforts to build, optimize, and scale CI/CD pipelines
Drive security and compliance initiatives across the engineering organization
Champion continual improvement in infrastructure reliability, performance, and cost optimization across teams
Take a leading role in resolving production incidents, applying lessons learned to enhance system resilience
Foster a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence by sharing knowledge and mentoring teammates
Influence technical direction and infrastructure decisions for large, complex projects
Required Qualifications
8+ years of professional DevOps experience
Expertise in AWS environments
Deep knowledge of the AWS Well-Architected Framework
Proficiency deploying infrastructure as code, especially with CloudFormation
Demonstrated leadership in driving DevOps and infrastructure initiatives
Significant experience supporting and debugging production systems with strict SLAs
Expertise in designing and improving CI/CD pipelines
Strong background in systems architecture and large-scale distributed systems
Advanced proficiency in Ruby or Go
Exceptional communication and leadership skills
