Key Responsibilities
Deliver results related to individual and branch sales goals and customer expectations
Develop new relationships and maintain existing relationships with customers throughout the loan process
Present financial solutions based on customer needs
Educate customers on loan terms and conditions
Partner with local businesses to develop new customers
Learn credit underwriting techniques and sales tools
Manage the life cycle of the loan, including collections activities
Required Qualifications
