Join The Jewish Board as a Case Associate and support adults with serious mental illness in achieving independence and recovery. You'll work directly with residents, providing essential advocacy and support while collaborating with service providers to enhance their quality of life.
Key Responsibilities
Provide support and advocacy for residents
Evaluate and assess independent living skills
Conduct monthly inspections of units/apartments
Participate in staff meetings and trainings
Complete documentation of resident interactions
Required Qualifications
AA degree and two years of experience in a community mental health setting
HS/HSE degree and at least five years of experience in a community mental health setting
Experience working with individuals living with serious mental illness, substance use disorders, or trauma
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite of products
Valid driver's license and willingness to drive agency van
