Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary decision maker for clinical and managerial operations
Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care
Assist with admission and discharge processes
Manage staff scheduling and labor in accordance with patient care needs
Support inventory control and manage supplies and equipment
Assess the quality of nursing care services
Provide recommendations for staff selection and training
Implement training and development initiatives
Required Qualifications
1+ year experience in healthcare
Associate Degree in Nursing
Currently licensed as a registered professional nurse in the state(s) of practice
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of employment start date
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification within 90 days of employment start date
NIH Stroke Scale within 60 months of employment start date
