Key Responsibilities
Train, schedule and supervise assigned staff in individual treatment plans
Conduct sensory processing evaluations and clinical assessments
Design and monitor treatment techniques and programs
Promote community integration
Develop and implement group and family education
Ensure person-centered assessment and treatment
Collaborate with primary Case Holder on service goals
Complete documentation of progress notes and evaluations
Monitor individual progress and maintain treatment records
Serve on an interdisciplinary team for goal development
Attend team meetings and participate in program development
Order treatment supplies and equipment
Provide supervision for Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants
Required Qualifications
Master’s degree
Licensed by State of Michigan MS, OTR/L
Valid driver’s license
Preferred Qualifications
Two years of professional work experience in a clinical setting
Demonstrated ability to communicate in verbal and written formats
