Job Description
Join Zaxby's as a Restaurant Assistant Manager and lead a team dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences. You'll manage daily operations, train team members, and uphold operational standards in a fun and rewarding work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Enhance guest experiences by ensuring team satisfaction
Ensure proper training and ongoing coaching for team members
Create effective work schedules
Plan and delegate shift assignments
Supervise and coach team members
Maintain service, product quality, and cleanliness standards
Handle guest and team member complaints
Ensure compliance with operational standards and guidelines
Report HR and risk management concerns
Other duties as necessary to ensure restaurant operations function properly
Required Qualifications
Must be 18 years of age or older
Must have a valid driver's license and vehicle insurance
Open availability and ability to work a minimum of 5 days and 32 to 48 hours per week
Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
Successful completion of background check
Leadership qualities and organizational skills
1-3 years management experience required
Preferred Qualifications
Restaurant management experience preferred
