Job Description

Join Spectrum Business as an Enterprise Account Executive to connect clients with innovative telecommunications solutions. With a focus on relationship building, you will exceed sales goals while benefiting from award-winning training and a supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Complete a 12-week paid sales training
  • Consult with established and prospective clients to develop product solutions
  • Deliver product proposals and presentations to decision-makers and close deals
  • Field-based sales roles involving client visits and office locations
  • Identify target markets and qualify leads by submitting ROI analysis
  • Request site surveys to determine serviceability
  • Encourage client retention through coordinated efforts with internal teams

Required Qualifications

  • Three or more years of sales experience as a proven sales performer exceeding goals
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Knowledge of LAN, WAN, high capacity networks and fiber connected networks
  • Effective relationship building, negotiation, closing, and English communication skills
  • Quick learner, deadline-driven, and ability to manage change and shifting priorities
  • Valid driver's license and availability to travel

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Experience selling telecommunications products
