Job Description
Join Spectrum Business as an Enterprise Account Executive to connect clients with innovative telecommunications solutions. With a focus on relationship building, you will exceed sales goals while benefiting from award-winning training and a supportive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Complete a 12-week paid sales training
Consult with established and prospective clients to develop product solutions
Deliver product proposals and presentations to decision-makers and close deals
Field-based sales roles involving client visits and office locations
Identify target markets and qualify leads by submitting ROI analysis
Request site surveys to determine serviceability
Encourage client retention through coordinated efforts with internal teams
Required Qualifications
Three or more years of sales experience as a proven sales performer exceeding goals
High school diploma or equivalent
Knowledge of LAN, WAN, high capacity networks and fiber connected networks
Effective relationship building, negotiation, closing, and English communication skills
Quick learner, deadline-driven, and ability to manage change and shifting priorities
Valid driver's license and availability to travel
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a related field
Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
Experience selling telecommunications products
