Join Zen Educate as a Classroom Aide and make a lasting impact on K–12 special education students in the Minneapolis–Saint Paul area. Assist teachers, support students' academic and behavioral needs, and develop critical classroom experience in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist classroom teachers with academic adaptations and IEPs
Support students individually or in small groups
Maintain a safe and conducive classroom environment
Provide timely support for students in crisis situations
Utilize various learning methods to enhance engagement
Required Qualifications
60 college credits or higher or passing scores on Paraeducator or Paraprofessional Assessment
Professional proficiency in English
U.S. Work Authorization
Prior experience working with children in a structured setting (preferred)
Preferred Qualifications
ParaPro Certification
Behavioral Technician or PCA experience
Experience working with children with special needs
