Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Manage the flow of service and direct the work of team members on a shift
Ensure the highest levels of safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed
Help build and lead a high performing team of hourly Team Members
Assist with operational support functions (i.e. Purchasing, Receiving, Inventory, etc.)
Participate in applicant interviews and assist with employee relations
Required Qualifications
At least 1 year of restaurant leadership experience supervising a team
Food Safety Certification according to local jurisdiction
Strong problem solving skills
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
