Job Description

As the Head of Revenue Operations at AcuityMD, you'll lead the Revenue Operations team to enhance the efficiency of our Commercial organization, driving excellence through strategic initiatives and collaboration across departments. This role involves overseeing critical processes and ensuring the optimal use of our tech stack while maintaining high performance standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop the roadmap for Revenue Operations and lead a high-performing team
  • Measure team performance and conduct analysis across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Professional Services
  • Oversee all operational aspects of the deal lifecycle
  • Drive standardization and automation of the Sales process
  • Own entire GTM tech stack and ensure optimal use of each tool
  • Lead commercial operations and planning efforts
  • Calculate commissions and bonuses for commercial teams

Required Qualifications

  • 6+ years of relevant experience in revenue operations, sales operations or GTM strategy
  • 5+ years of people management experience
  • Deep understanding of the strategy and operations of GTM teams
  • Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with Hubspot, Salesforce, or other major CRMs
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets, Google Slides, and Microsoft Excel
  • Clear and effective communication and thinking
  • Strong project management, prioritization, and execution skills
  • Data driven mindset
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to travel domestically 4x per year
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Eligible work permit in the USA or Canada
