Key Responsibilities
Guide and motivate members through pre-designed, full-body workouts
Help members set and achieve personal fitness goals
Ensure safe and effective exercise form
Share knowledge of heart-rate-based training
Demonstrate and use studio equipment
Support a positive member experience
Required Qualifications
AED/CPR certification
Current fitness certification from an OTF-approved education entity
Preferred Qualifications
1-2 years of group fitness or personal training experience
