Key Responsibilities
Manage the performance and development of Sales Consultants
Engage in one-on-one coaching and direction
Lead and facilitate district meetings
Direct Customer Engagement efforts
Provide coaching and training to drive sales consultant development
Utilize CRM for sales planning and customer engagement
Support and promote all national campaigns and promotions
Execute territory planning and management
Required Qualifications
High School education required
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent relevant industry experience
2 or more years' experience growing profitable sales in the foodservice industry
Preferred Qualifications
5+ years' foodservice sales experience in the foodservice industry
Excellent interpersonal skills
Superb organizational and project management skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
