Job Description
Join Raytheon as a Manufacturing Engineer II, where you'll develop and improve manufacturing processes while collaborating with various teams. Your expertise will drive continuous improvement, enhance production efficiency, and ensure high-quality standards in a mission-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
Develop Manufacturing Data Packages (MDPs)
Support daily manufacturing with process troubleshooting
Disposition non-conforming materials with root cause analysis
Drive continuous improvement to enhance cycle time and reduce costs
Provide technical support to manufacturers and fabricators
Develop tools and fixtures for ergonomic processes
Lead corrective action investigations
Required Qualifications
Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM)
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
Ability to obtain and maintain ATF clearance
Ability to obtain and maintain U.S. government issued security clearance
Preferred Qualifications
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
Knowledge of CORE principles and techniques
Technical drawing interpretation, GD&T
Proficiency with CAD solid modeling tools (preferably CREO/ProE)
Hands-on mechanical aptitude
Innovative mindset for continuous improvement
Teamwork skills
Strong communication skills
Current DoD security clearance (secret)
Experience with automated tooling and programming
Experience with GFM or GFE processing
Proficient with Microsoft Office suite
