Key Responsibilities
Perform standardized radiological radiographic and fluoroscopic examinations
Operate all equipment within modality
Set up and adjust immobilization and radiation protective equipment
Review and analyze patient body size, thickness, age, physical condition, and suspected pathology
Assist physician with various procedures
Report equipment malfunctions and the need for adjustments or repairs
Maintain related records and notations
Assist in Quality Assurance/Quality Control procedures
Participate in the educational training of students
Required Qualifications
Graduate from Specialty Training Program-Radiologic Technology
Certified Radiology Technologist within 24 months - American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
Basic Life Support Certification
