Job Title: Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse – Travel Assignment 

Location: Seneca, SC 

Employment Type: Contract (13 weeks) 

Shift: Nights, 3x12-Hour (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) 

Start Date: November 24, 2025

Overview Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Labor and Delivery RN for a 13-week travel assignment at its Seneca, South Carolina location. This role offers the opportunity to work in a supportive, high-acuity environment with a strong focus on individualized patient care. First-time travelers are welcome.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 care for laboring patients and magnesium sulfate therapy
• Manage 1:2 ratios for cytotec inductions and 1:3 ratios for couplet care (mother/baby)
• Deliver 1:1 care for newborns in the sick nursery
• Document accurately using EPIC (minimum one year of EPIC experience required)
• Float to other Prisma Health units or campuses as needed, within scope of demonstrated competencies

Required Qualifications

• Active South Carolina RN license
• Minimum 2 years of Labor and Delivery experience
• BLS, ACLS, NRP, and AWHONN Intermediate certifications
• At least 1 year of EPIC charting experience
• Willingness to float per Prisma Health policy
