As an ABA Program Manager, you will lead the development and implementation of behavior intervention plans for students facing significant behavioral challenges. You will collaborate with educational teams to ensure effective protocols are in place while providing supervision and training to Behavior Technicians.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct FBAs and develop function-based BIPs for students with behavioral challenges
Design, implement, and evaluate environmental modifications and instructional protocols
Collaborate with and train educational teams on BIP implementation
Provide direct supervision to Behavior Technician team
Required Qualifications
Completed Master’s degree in relevant field
In progress with BCBA preferred
Strong ABA, Program Management, and clinical skills
Excellent written and spoken communication skills
Strong time management skills
Interpersonal skills
Ability to give and receive constructive feedback
Team player attitude
