Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary decision maker for clinical and managerial operations during shifts
Coordinate, evaluate, and deliver patient-centered care
Assist with admission and discharge processes
Manage staff scheduling and labor in accordance with patient care needs
Assess the quality of nursing care services and operationalize evidence-based practices
Provide recommendations for interviewing, selecting, and training new staff
Required Qualifications
1+ year experience in healthcare
Associate Degree in Nursing
Currently licensed as a registered professional nurse
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
