Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and identify new sales opportunities within prospective and existing accounts
  • Utilize consultative selling techniques and product knowledge to target new prospects
  • Manage assigned accounts and take corrective action to improve customer experience
  • Consult with assigned accounts about new products, company changes, and pricing
  • Notify management of accounts in jeopardy of discontinuing service
  • Work with Accounts Receivable to ensure timely payment of invoices
  • Interact with internal departments to provide vital customer information
  • Assist in the set-up of new accounts and coordinate with other departments
  • Accurately forecast sales results and trends for a specific territory

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing or Business preferred
  • 3 - 5 years sales experience with proven record of sales success
  • Experience in relationship sales managing new and existing customer opportunities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in hospitality or supply/distribution sales
  • Experience with trip planning, territory routing and account prioritization
