Job Description

Join The Jewish Board as an Office Manager, where you'll play a crucial role in supporting adults with mental illness by managing program operations and assisting clients with their needs. Key Responsibilities

  • Perform program administrative and operational needs
  • Track and monitor outcomes and maintain program information
  • Assist clients with entitlement applications and fee agreements
  • Manage office equipment and coordinate with facilities for safety plans
  • Track program expenses and billing services

Required Qualifications

  • Associates Degree with 2 years' experience or HS diploma with 5 years' experience
  • Minimum of two years' experience working with human services programs
  • Experience in Supportive Housing

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bilingual
  • Knowledge of Supportive Housing systems and resources
