Job Description
Join The Jewish Board as an Office Manager, where you'll play a crucial role in supporting adults with mental illness by managing program operations and assisting clients with their needs. Key Responsibilities
Perform program administrative and operational needs
Track and monitor outcomes and maintain program information
Assist clients with entitlement applications and fee agreements
Manage office equipment and coordinate with facilities for safety plans
Track program expenses and billing services
Required Qualifications
Associates Degree with 2 years' experience or HS diploma with 5 years' experience
Minimum of two years' experience working with human services programs
Experience in Supportive Housing
Preferred Qualifications
Bilingual
Knowledge of Supportive Housing systems and resources
